Villa Atlantico is the perfect holiday home for families and couples of friends

The modern comfort holiday villa for high demands is situated in a rural location in the northwest of La Palma on a large plot.

The holiday home is surrounded by a well-kept park-like garden with a sunbathing lawn and walking paths as well as natural open spaces with almond, medlar, pine trees and cacti. The holiday villa is located in the sunny west of the island, on the southern edge of the village of Tijarafe, about two kilometres off the main road. A small service road leads directly to the house, there is no through traffic.

Guests have access to a coverable pool (8 x 4 m) with solar heating.

The use of the sauna with rain shower, relaxation room and sanitary facilities is also free of charge. The magnificent panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean and the wooded slopes – plus the modern and comfortable ambience – make for unforgettable holidays.

Wheelchair accessible: the La Palma accommodation Villa Atlantico has a barrier-free entrance area and grab bars in the bathroom.

From a rental period of 29 days you will receive a 10% discount. Children up to 12 years stay free with 2 adults.

Villa Atlantico is an ideal starting point for hikes in the beautiful nature of the Canary Island La Palma.

You can also go for long walks and hiking tours directly from the house. A larger sandy beach in Puerto de Tazacorte, 14 km away, can be reached by car in 20 min. In summer, descents to secluded bays on the Atlantic Ocean are possible nearby.

A modern villa for high demands on La Palma

Villa Atlántico is a spacious, very comfortable architect-designed villa (upper floor: 180 m²) with an elegant Canarian interior roof construction and floor-to-ceiling windows offering excellent views.

You are sure to find your favourite spot to relax on one of the large terraces around the house.

The floors, bathroom walls, terraces and balcony are covered with high-quality ceramic tiles. All rooms have underfloor heating, the temperature can be adjusted as needed. Therefore, the holiday home is also very suitable as a winter domicile. The energy is generated ecologically by means of a thermosolar system and an air heat pump.

A particularly beautiful room element is the rotating designer fireplace in the living area. Firewood is available free of charge.

As the holiday home is located off public roads, a rental car is indispensable. The access road to the house is quite steep, so we recommend a four-wheel drive vehicle. Parking is available directly in front of the house.
