The entire Holiday House is lovingly designed and comfortably furnished

The 50m² Holiday House provides access from the roofed front terrace, where also a seating area and a barbecue are located. 

On the left part of the living area there is a fitted kitchenette as well as a small dining table with four chairs.

On the right side there is a fireplace and a sofa.

An antique chest made of tea-wood serves as a table.

The flat screen is vis-à-vis the seating group

There is a satellite TV, a stereo system and a wireless internet access.

Bedrooms

The spacious hallway leads to the two bedrooms. 

The main bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath tub.

The second bedroom has two single beds and a separate shower room.

Both bedrooms each have a large wooden closet and a stylish furnishing.

The typical Palmerian wood gable roofs provide a pleasant spacial feeling.

Enjoy the beautiful designed terraced Outdoor Area

The tempered pool (7 x 3 meters) is located on the spacious upper sun terrace, as well as the outdoor shower.

The flexible cover makes it possible to enjoy the pool in all weathers: On sunny days you can fold back the cover. when it's raining or when it's cool outside you can swim under the arched cover.

Under the pool cover temperatures hardly ever drop below 20 degrees Celsius. If you wish to enjoy pleasant bathing temperatures also during the winter months you have the option to book the pool heating extra.

The terraces are furnished with tables and chairs, the sun terrace features sun loungers and a sun umbrella.  

The Spanish landlady makes every effort for her guests to feel comfortable, which is reflected by the cosy furnishing and the attention to the detail. In the evening you can sit on the terrace and sip on a glass of Palmerian wine watching the sunset and at the same time enjoy the lovely scent of jasmine. Afterwards you can enjoy one more dip in the illuminated pool.

El Rodadero is a sustainable holiday home

Since September 2022, the house has been supplied with solar energy.

The 7 kWp PV system supplies the electricity for the entire demand.
