El Lomito bears the stamp of family tradition

The owner was born in this house and spent his entire childhood there. 

During the late 90's, when the tourism developed on La Palma, the Holiday House has been completely restored.

The large corridor with its large windows facing the terrace was remodelled and connects all rooms one to another.

The high and dark wooden Canary ceiling is a striking feature in each room and creates a comfortable atmosphere.

During the winter months a split system and an electric heater provide pleasant room temperature.

Terrace and Pool Area

The terrace is located right in front of the Holiday House.

It is a perfect place to catch the first sunbeams in the morning and enjoy an outdoor breakfast.

The pool deck as well as a lawn for sunbathing are great to relax on a lounger.

There is a rattan sitting group located on a ledge with a view over the garden.

Here you can end a perfect day with a glass of wine.

Lovely terraced Garden

The lower level offers an open view of the gorge and the sea.

The bench under the palm tree invite to sit down, relax and enjoy.

The terraced garden is nicely arranged and has fruit trees and avocado trees as well as a variety of plants, all tended with loving care.

The Living Space comprises 55 m²

The bedroom is acoustically not separated from the living room, as the partition wall does not continue all the way up to the peaked wooden roof. 

The living area offers a reading corner and a lamp.

The sofa as well as the armchair provide additional sleeping possibilities for a child.

The attached kitchen is well equipped. 

The bathroom has a shower. The washing machine is in a separate room at the back of the house.
