Tasteful furnishing with a terrific sea view

Casa Cabrera is a wonderful small Holiday House with a gorgeous terrace and a vast sea view.

The natural stone Holiday House was comfortably furnished by its owners with lots of love to the detail. The owner is a carpenter and made many furniture all by himself, individually adjusting them to the Holiday House’s character. 

The 60m² outdoor area comprises a large, roofed terrace with a table and 4 chairs as well as two sun loungers and a masonry grill. 

From the terrace you enjoy a panoramic view of the coast and the ocean. There is also a raged herb and vegetable garden as well as romantic sitting corners. 

The combined living-dining area forms the center of the Holiday House

Placed at the window you find the dining table that seats four.

A split-system regulates temperature. This air conditioner provides cosy warmth during winter and, if preferred cooling air during summer.  

The kitchen is equipped with many electric and other appliances as well as an oven for baking.

Two wooden benches with cushions make another sitting area. To the left of the living room there is the main bedroom with a double bed (1,35x1,90m) and a large built-in wardrobe (Columbian wood). There is also a small window seat from where you enjoy a nice view of the southern coast and the sea.

On the other side of the living room you find a barrier-free bathroom with a shower and a toilet. 

The washing machine is located under the stairs. Those stairs lead up to the rooms below the beautiful wood gabled ceiling. There you find the second bedroom with two single beds. The total living area of the Holiday House comprises almost 60m².
