Casa Anastasio

Casa Anastasio is a Canary Holiday House and has a long History

The living area and the kitchen are located in a the 100 year old part of the Holiday House.

About 8 years ago, the building was extended on the rear side with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Providing a 70m² living space the Holiday House sleeps up to 4 persons and 1 baby.

If desired, the sofa can be converted into a sofa bed. The 1000m² walled property offers complete privacy.

The dark wood gabled roof as well as the wood floor in the combined living-dining area were originally preserved and create a cosy ambience.

The living area has a couch, a rocking chair and 2 cosy hanging chairs on the left and right side of the fireplace. And there is a picture on the wall from Anastasio and his wife, who have built this house 100 years ago.

The large dining table with 6 chairs at the window offers a view of the garden and is located next to the well equipped kitchen.

The rear side of the Holiday House is accessible by a stair.

The two bedrooms, facing the garden, are spacious and light. One bathroom has a shower bath and a toilet, the other one has a shower and  a toilet.

The garden of the Holiday House is lovely arranged with palm trees and other subtropical plants

The lagoon-shaped pool invites to take a refreshing dip in the pool.

Four sun loungers are available at the pool area.

A large nurse tree in front of the bedroom provides a shady place to enjoy the outdoors as well as the attached barbecue area.

From one corner of the property you enjoy a beautiful view of the sea and watch the daily ferry traffic between La Palma and Tenerife.

Flight sounds of the above located airport can sometimes be heard, however there is a very small volume of air traffic.
