The holiday home is ideal for couples as well as for families
Casa Campana Nueva 1 is located at an altitude of 558 metres in the climatically favoured village of La Punta de Tijarafe.
Next to it is the holiday home Campana Nueva 2. Both accommodations are above the Casa rural Campana Vieja.
If you look at the houses from below, Campana Nueva 1 is on the right and Campana Nueva 2 on the left. Both houses are completely identically furnished and separated from each other, so that each house has its privacy. The houses are built in a typical Canarian style with a rustic natural stone façade and dark wooden gable roof.
The proximity to the coast guarantees good weather and many hours of sunshine almost all year round.

Below the church at the village square there is a small supermarket and a bar.
The area around Tijarafe is characterised by unspoilt nature and offers beautiful destinations for a trip, for example the Pirate Bay on the coast of Tijarafe or driving up the Roque de los Muchachos. Puerto de Tazacorte, a small town at the sea with fish restaurants and a wide sandy beach is 20 driving minutes from Casa Campana Nueva, Los Llanos, the biggest town of La Palma is a 25-30 minutes' drive.
The centre of Tijarafe „El Pueblo“ is 10-15 driving minutes.
Notice:
Road works started in the municipality of Tijarafe at the beginning of February 2023. The works on the LP1 extend over 7.6 km. Curves will be straightened, narrow passages widened and three bridges are planned. The duration of the work is currently planned for four years, and there may be disruptions due to the construction work during this time and beyond. Unfortunately, we cannot predict when work will be carried out in which sections.
Very well provided Canary-Style Holiday Home with Swimming Pool
The Holiday House comprises 112 m² and has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living area and a separate kitchen.
The living area is furnished with dark solid wood furniture. Two colonial-style rocking chairs were imported from Cuba by the owner.
The large dining chair seats up to six persons.
The u-shaped kitchen is separated from the living area. A recessed window communicates with the dining area. A large built-in closet on the wall side of the kitchen provides plenty storage space for crockery and other kitchen utensils.
The kitchen provides access to the barbecue area on the back side of the Holiday House.
Wireless internet is also available throughout the house.
Both parts of the Holiday House feature a bedroom and a bathroom each
The two bedrooms are spaciously designed, chandeliers create a very special ambience.
The small bench at the window and the rocking chair are perfect to sit down and comfortably enjoy reading a book. Both bedrooms have a double glass door and provide direct access to the terrace.
The two bathrooms, dominated by warm earth colours have a modern furnishing.
A special feature are the sand-beige tiles with an esmalte-effect. The bathrooms both have a shower, a washing bowl and a toilet.
Enjoy the open view of the Atlantic Ocean
The outdoor area is nicely planted with flowers, shrubs and palms.
The living room provides a direct access to the terrace and to the kidney-shaped swimming pool (7x3 m) and a pool terrace with four sun loungers. Attached to the house there is a small roofed terrace with a table and two chairs. Some areas are marked out with pebble stones. An additional, small lawn for sun bathing is located next to the pool area.
