The bedroom with the double bed and the bedroom with the two single beds have large wardrobes and are located to the rear of the building with a view of the mountains.

The two bathrooms each have a small shower tray and WC, the large bathroom also has a bidet and plenty of storage space in the upper and lower cupboards of the two washbasins. The bedroom with the bunk bed has direct access to the balcony. The lower bunk bed is quite usable for adults, it is 1.35m wide.

The living room on the upper floor is furnished with two sofas and a large flat-screen TV.

From this room you also have access to the balcony. The approx. 16sqm balcony has been furnished with high-quality wooden furniture and offers a wonderful view of the sea and the mountains. Next to a large table, there is space for two sun loungers. A large parasol provides shade. The balcony has afternoon sun.
