The two Holiday Apartments Rosa are situated below La Punta de Tijarafe, at only 300 meters above sea level

The Holiday Apartments are located on the upper floor of a residential house, each with a separate entrance.

The owners live on the ground floor.

The house located in a small residential street surrounded by a green oasis. Its proximity to the coast makes you enjoy a pleasant climate almost year-round.

Due to its location off the main roads, a rental car is indispensable for those Holiday Apartments.

The house is located on a 1000m2 property with a lovely arranged garden and a shared barbecue area.

The landlady makes every effort to maintain the privacy of her guests. She is pleased to share fruits and vegetables from her garden with the guests. There is a weekdays bread service offered on request.

The Holiday Apartments Rosa are perfectly suited for a couple with a baby or small child as well as for two befriended couples.

Apartment Rosa 1 has a private Terrace

The Holiday Apartment Rosa 1 has a private, partially roofed terrace, which is not visible from outside.

It is furnished with 2 loungers, a large table with 2 chairs and two rattan chairs with a small table.

The view of the sea and the west coast is fantastic! The terrace is a beautiful place to have breakfast and from noon until the late afternoon it is ideal for sunbathing.

The terrace is for exclusive use of the Apartment Rosa 1 guests.

However, in case two befriended couples rent both Holiday Apartments, this terrace can also be shared with the guests of the Apartment Rosa 2.

The terrace provides access to the combined kitchen-living area. The fully equipped kitchenette has plenty of storage space and a kitchen counter with 2 stools makes a nice sitting area. The living area is furnished with a large sofa.

Enjoy tranquillity in the garden faced bedroom. The separate, modern furnished bathroom has a shower and a toilet. There is also a washing machine at your disposal.

Apartment Rosa 2 has a small, private Garden

Apartment Rosa 2 has a private, small back garden with 2 loungers and a table with 2 chairs.

This place is a true green oasis and provides sun in the afternoon.

The Holiday Apartment Rosa 2 is slightly more spacious than Rosa 1, however, both apartments feature an equal furnishing.

In the kitchen there is a dining table with 2 chairs and 2 stairs lead to the living room.

The bedroom with 2 single beds and an ensuite bathroom faces the back side of the house.
