A bright, friendly 1st sea row apt. on the 2nd floor with a beautiful large balcony, covered and with sun protection slats to regulate the incidence of light.

On the balcony, two leather beanbags and a height-adjustable hammock invite you to chill out, read or look at the sea.

Large patio doors separate the balcony from the modern-puristic living room.

A comfortable 3-seater together with a lounge chair and two side tables as well as a TV opposite – that's all you need to feel at home. In addition, life in Puerto Naos takes place outside – either on the balcony or on the beach or the beach promenade.

However, you won't find any hustle and bustle here. It is tranquil and very much geared towards relaxation.

At the head of the room is the well-equipped kitchen

You have everything you need here, even for a longer holiday, except an oven or a dishwasher.

Next to the kitchen is the hallway and from there the newly renovated bathroom with modern shower, new large washbasin, mirror, toilet and built-in wardrobe.

In the 2nd room on the right there is a bedroom with two single beds (they can be put together), bedside table, built-in wardrobe and a window to the patio (inner courtyard).

At the end of the hall is the second bedroom, also with two single beds, large built-in wardrobe and a bedside table with lamp. Here, too, the window opens onto the patio and, like the other bedroom, it has a blackout curtain with a beautiful curtain over the top.

There is a lift in the house and access to the roof, where the washing machine is located.
